We are looking for a customer service representative who wants to help create a truly great workshop experience – from the first contact to the customer driving away satisfied and secure. In this role, you will be the spider in the web of our workshop. You will meet customers, receive cars, coordinate planning and communication, and ensure that the work flows smoothly together with technicians, workshop management, and parts function.

A large part of the job involves receiving customers on-site, via phone and email, scheduling appointments, and creating clarity about what needs to be done. You help the customer understand the next steps, confirm tasks and expectations, and follow up throughout the process. When it’s time for drop-off and pick-up, you ensure that everything is documented, that the right information is on the work order, and that both the customer and the workshop have the same understanding of the assignment.

The role also includes responsibility for spare parts and inventory on a daily basis. This may involve ordering parts, receiving deliveries, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time so that jobs do not come to a halt. You also have an eye for detail – ensuring that parts and work are included in the documentation and that everything is correct before invoicing.

You are the one who remains calm when there is a lot going on at once, prioritizes smartly, and communicates clearly – both with customers and colleagues. Experience from a workshop, customer reception, spare parts, or similar is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you are the right person: responsible, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
